Florence has been relegated upstairs

I finally have the man coming tomorrow to fix the heater in the living room, only eight months after it broke (I love my letting agents... ) so poor Florence has had to go upstairs. Getting her cage up a spiral staircase was fun to say the least, and I feel so mean she's up there. I stayed up there with her for a bit, and she was happily exploring her new surroundings, but it feels weird not having her down here to talk to.

It's only for a day though, well if I can get her cage back down the stairs that is

It'll be an adventure for her and a challenge for you to put the cage back At least it will be warmer now the weather is turning.

I took your advice. I told him I was "looking after her" (I'm not allowed pets ) She's much happier back downstairs, she thumped a lot when she was upstairs and could hear me downstairs. Oddly she doesn't do it the other way around.
