Found a wife bun for Boo.....

Wow they are so beautiful. What is their story? Where have they come from?

Have you been building runs again or have the trio gone back to their old set up?

read my mind!!! they really are beautiful!! can't believe you came home with two after saying you can't have any more!! so your going to have 2 trios then?! how will we distinguish them? will it be trio A (original group) Trio B (newbies!!)

The A-team and the Boo Buns

I sometimes browse my local freeadds looking for hutches and runs that I can incorporate into my excisiting set ups, and I'd noticed someone trying to sell some rex babies, the price kept dropping then some adults were free to collector so I contacted them to as they were trying to move on some castor rexes. Turns out they thought it would be a nice hobby to have lots of rexes and breed from them to make a bit of spare cash. Thing is they didn't bank on how much work rabbits are if you care for them properly, both in time and money, they couldn't sell on the babies and were getting overwhelmed with rabbits. The two girls had been living in a 3ft breeder block of hutches with their siblings and mum. I specifically wanted to stick with rexes as they are my favourite breed and with them being castors too, I decided to have one. When I got there there was a choice of two, I looked at where they were living and what i have at home and just thought, they are coming with me.

The trio are still in their aviary set up on one half of the garden and the rexes are on the other side with the playhouse.

My trio will always be my 'trio', don't know what I'll call this new trio

Better start saving for a couple of speys and extra vacs

They are gorgeous, that's going to be one good looking trio, Boo's going to think all his Christmasses have come at once.

Wow what beautiful buns gorgeous colour, I think most of us would have had to come home with both I'd have cried all the way home at the thought of splitting the girls up. Gosh Boo will think all his Birthdays have come at once when he see's those girls it will be a case of

They are mini rex, very petite little things and very slender and toned. Their ears are huge! I love big ears that are upright Can't wait for Boo to meet them, I just hope they all get on.

There's never a Castor Rex in rescue when I need one, they are my fave buns

Ohhh! Thistles ears are TINY compared aha. He just must have very unmanly tiny ears, poor guy.

Anyway, they will be a very handsome three and very lucky in their set up

Awwww now I understand! If I had read the post correctly I would have got it first time!
