Which Wood Stain Is Safe
hubbie is going to build me a new cage next friday,cant wait but which woodstain is safe to use,i dont want to harm my buns/piggies

Cuprinol garden shades and the Ronseal equivalent are both safe, as is the ronseal yacht varnish as i contacted them a while back. I would always advise calling back again though, as things do change. I guess the yacht varnish will keep your wood its natural colour, but protect it against the weather, or you can get all sorts of nice colours from ronseal and cuprinol

But the garden shades does say it is safe for animals on the packaging.

www.ecospaints.com has a gloss satin and matt wood stain and exterior wood stain and varnish. eco--friendly and without animal ingredients. also with the British Allergy Foundation seal of approval.

I hope the Cuprinol garden shades are safe as we use them and it say's safe for animals on the tin if it's not we have a right to know. Think I will go with the http://www.ecospaints.com/
in future as they sound very safe. Didn't know about them before.
