To Cheer you all up.

I just can't bare it in the kitchen without Pud, he's always been there begging and running round and it's just not the same without him and I found it difficult without a bunny there. so we decided that with all this space it's a shame to waste it and that we should put another bunny in the kitchen and guess who it is.................

i dont think pud will mind at all,he will know,no one will ever take his place,shes a special girl and she deserves a special place

Pud would much rather you were happy than sad.

And Lucy-Rose deserves some pampering. She looks like she's really made herself at home.

aww she really does look happily settled in already!! I'm sure Pud would just be dissapointed he didnt get to share it with her as she is a stunner!! Im sure she would have objected to the humping though!!

No when we eventually bond them ( hopefully) Barry will be in the kitchen with her but at the moment we don't want to bond her till her legs are stronger as she still has muscle wastage and it's going to take time for her muscles to build up, she will walk about and then sit down, she has obviously been confined to a small space for a very long time Bless her.

She is a very matronly bun isn't she. I love her huge dewlap cushion. She's like a lady with a very big bust.

I think it is a wonderful tribute to the Pudster that such a deserving lady has moved into his home. How lovely to see her there

Aw Maysie i was bursting to say to you that Lucy Rose could now come into the house to help you but i didnt want to incase i upset you about Pud

Can you remember when i visited you just over a week ago and we were saying just how much Lucy Rose would make THE perfect housebun as she is so unbelievably affectionate and just loves her strokes and cuddles so very much

I just didnt/couldnt suggest it incase you thought i was forgetting Pud

Pud would be very happy for you to have Lucy Rose to comfort you

He will be sitting up there smiling down on you both taking good care of Lucy Rose

Aw this has made me cry again happy tears this time as i know Pud would be happy for you

Lucy Rose has enjoyed her afternoon in the kitchen and ventured a little to the lounge and looked in and stood there as if to say 'Oh I wonder if I am allowed in here', she has been such a good girl and she is so clean.
I had cleaned out Pud's indoor home yesterday and sobbed all the way through it and although Mike wanted to take over and finish it off for me I just had to do it. I made a nice bed inside for Lucy Rose today and there were tears again and although I took Pud's toys out and washed them and put Lucy Roses in I just couldn't take the sign off the hutch door, 'Pud the Pudster lives here'.
I miss him so much in so many ways and when I'm doing the feed's it's awful as he's not there being a begging boy, everytime I go in the lounge I can see him knocking over the ornaments or moving them, sometimes they would be in the middle of the floor and even an odd poop that I have found has had me in tears. Tomorrow he will be coming home and I know I will just be in pieces, but Lucy Rose is a big comfort to me.

No bun will ever ever replace Pud and i cant blame you not taking his "Pud the Pudster lives here" sign down

Ive witnessed Pud knocking down the ornaments and he really made me chuckle but i can imagine how down you are feeling

I'm just so very happy youve taken Lucy Rose into your home to help you cope

If theres ever a bun that will help you get through this you couldnt have a better bun than Lucy Rose

She will help you get through this, just as youve both helped her

I know the cage clean outs are terrible, and even the poops as you say. I was the same with Barney. It permeates every part of you.

Aw, Lucy Rose looks so at home there. Will be thinking of you when you get Pud home, it is all so sad. x

for today. Lucy-Rose will never replace Pud, but she will ease the pain.

That is so sweet how she is acting, she'll be destroying the place before you know it though!!

I am sure the Pudster will not mind. He would not want you to be lonely without him.

You never know, maybe this is why Lucy-Rose came in to your lives, to try and help you move forward post Pud

I kinda believe that everything happens for a reason and it's all mapped out for us. *shrugs*

Aww thats so sad she's a beautiful girl how could any1 keep her confined. Glad she's getting the space she needs she looks very relaxed in her new pad! And i'm thinking pud would have just wanted you to be happy

Lucy Rose has actually put weight on since we have had her.

she has got her paws well and truely under the table.
