Hi from the Wales (uk)
I was directed from another forum so thought i would say a hello.
I have one bunny Pete and am also looking after a friends bunny called Bunny
I rescue animals and have everything from horses to cats i rehome as and when i can but keep the ones that fit in to well and cant really go anywhere else. Pete actually came from a local centre that couldnt cope with him as he was aggressive (i never had a problem he is a darling). I will try to get some pictures up but im not currently on my computer as it is dead .
Pete is a lovely gingery colour and is of unknown age and breeding but i have had him around 5 years now. He did have a lovely rescue gf (Poppy popsicle bunny) also an aggressive (no issues with me other than the odd grumble) but she passed away two years ago . Pete bunny has since had trouble making a new friend but i hope that we can bond him with somebody someday. Until then he likes my cats and one of my dogs and obviously me,i hope. My friend has also left me with her bundle of fluff she is very cute. I used to have rabbits as a child and have always had a soft spot for them.
Nice to meet you all

Hi there and welcome to HH
Once you have had a chance to have a good ferret around and look at all the interesting threads with information on all kinds, get chatting. It is always nice to get to know new members and see pictures of their buns (their rabbits - unless you are a really really hunky guy and then your 'buns' should be displayed too!)

Welcome to the forum!
Well done on taking on a couple of 'aggressive' buns, it would deter so many people straight away.

im back
goodness i thought i had better reintroduce myself after vanishing. My laptop died so i have been computerless. Also my poor greyhound broke her leg and i have been ferrying back and forth from vets among many other things (she is doing very well by the way.) Anyhows the bunny i was left with "Bunny" has not been picked up yet and i have had no correspondence from owner. I did try to introduce the two buns to each other which didnt go to badly they circled each other and then Bunny started to lick, nudge and leap on poor Pete who just could not cope and he stood stock still in panic for about 5 minutes before jumping back into my lap bless his cotton socks. So anyway i have seperated them again for now until i decide what to do as poor Pete is getting on a bit and i dont want to stress him unduly. Anyways hello again.

Re: Hi from the Wales (uk)
Hi there again!
Doesn't sound like that meeting went too badly. If there was no definite aggression that is really good. Poor Pete. He probably just needs a little bit more time.
Hope your dog's leg heals up quickly. At the moment I am off work with a busted knee so know how annoying it is to be crippled.
