I wasn't on yesterday so this has been a tremendous shock to log onto today.

My heart aches for you because she was such a massive part of your lives. But what rabbit could possibly ask for a better life and a better end. She lived like a queen and she passed in your arms as someone else said, 'surrounded by love'.

I hope our words can convey a little of a deep affection we all felt for her. She was a marvellously charismatic lady and she made me smile a lot. She'll be kicking up a storm at The Bridge.

Oh I'm so sorry I haven't been on really this weekend, I burst into tears when I saw the title!

I know there probably isn't much we can say to comfort you, but as everyone else has said, you should be proud of your self for being a wonderfully fantastic bunny mummy! Thumper lived to a grand old age, which the rest of us could only hope for!

I'm touched by how much you all thought of her. She really was a special special girl and I am struggling to pick myself up.

I am dreading going to bed tonight because I don't want to get up tomorrow and not have the work morning routine with her. This morning was bad enough and I had nowhere to go, never mind going to work.

My life has changed so much already in the day and a half since she left, and I don't like it one little bit x

If anyone dares say anything along the lines of 'only a rabbit', poke them in the eye.

She was such a special girly. I didn't know her all that long, and fell in love, so she certainly merits being mourned.

I'll be wishing you well to get through what is going to be a tough day.

This morning was as **** as I expected. It was awful not seeing her and playing with her.

Work hasn't been too bad, I had a moment about an hour ago but trying to pull myself together. I've not done a stroke of work and I'm sitting in my office with the door and blinds shut. It's just the way I feel today!

only just found out,iam so so sorryiam in tears,i adored Thumper,specially the pics with her blanket,she was such a special little girl,she had an amazing life with you and for an amazing 10 years,she will have known she was loved and you did the best and everything you could do for her,nothing was too much trouble

Although she was old and we knew of her tumour, the end was so quick and it was such a shock. It's still sinking in.

I lost my baby Jem earlier on this year and i'm still heartbroken about her even though she was nearly 5 and yet i'd only had her 3 years, i can only send you my hugs and thoughts at such a very very hard time.
