An Ear Question Empty An Ear Question

Post by gentl Fri Dec 16, 2011 7:47 am

My Thumper has a bent ear this evening. It's folded over halfway up the ear. I'll straighten it, but it just pops right back down. He keeps fussing with it trying to make it stand up correctly but it just won't. He's acting embarrassed actually. He hid ALL day. Not like him at all.

I feel sort of silly asking about this, considering all the truly ill bunnies that we are all sending healing vibes for. But is this anything to worry about perhaps a sign of another problem?

Thx.

Thanks guys. My big guy won't come out of his hidey hole this AM. But he ate, drank and pooped during the night so that is good!

The ear looked kind of cute actually but he just acted so darn embarrassed.

An Ear Question Empty Ear is improved.

Thanks everyone. His ear is just about normal now. There is just the slightest crease in it. Funny little guy. When he is in 'gaze' mode he keeps that ear furthest from the person he is sharing a gaze with.
