My Jack will always be my extra special Bun

That made me cry Jane .... he was so beautiful and special and you can just see it in his eyes. Its hard to explain but it is something I understand. That song is beautiful. Oh why do we have to lose these most special of babies. It gets easier I geuess but it never leaves you, that hole, that ache for the loss of somebun so special.

My Smokey was a rex, I adored him, it broke my heart when he went the the bridge, I never thought I'd recover, my heart was literally sore.

I think that there are some buns who choose to come to us to help us in our lives, because of Smokey, we learned an awful lot about buns. The internet wasn't part of my life at that time and we didn't have a very bunny savvy vet to help us through all his troubles. I decided to try and find out about 'proper' bun care myself and that launched me smack bang into the world of bunnies! So it's thanks to Smokey, I've managed to help other buns who otherwise wouldn't be here today.

Oh, forgot to say, Smokey was the only bunny I ever met who would come and gently place his head right in the palm of my hand to get his nose rubbed, but now we have Michael who does exactly the same thing :luv:
