Double Result

i bought a bag of hay from p@h and it was the first bag that was awful,it stunk and was damp,i emailed them and didnt hear a reply for agers,so i through the bag away,i finally got a reply last week and they told me to return it,i said becouse it took so long i through it away,she said she would send me a gift voucher out,in the post today was £10

i bought a bale of hay from petplant and it was dreadfull also,my first handfull i got a thorn stuck in my hand and ive had to pick loads of brambles and twigs and that was in the first few handfulls,so i emailed them and got a reply saying they were sorry,i reviewed the product saying i wasnt impressed and they replyed saying they got in touch with the company and they said its very rare a bag would be like that,it would be about 1 in 10,000,so altered my review sayin i must have the very rare bag now i understand becouse its from a field they will be brambles in and some twigs but not as much as they were,so today in my email,they are refunding me the full amount but they have took my review down though

They shouldn't take down your post. I remember reading your problem with the hay first time round and thought to myself my buns would be really happy if they had a good amount of brambles in the bag. If I get a bramble in the garden I always pick it and feed it to the buns as they love them!

i didnt know if it was ok to feed them or not,i didnt want the thorns sticking in them or in there little mouths

Considering that mine love nothing better than to decimate my roses I don't worry about that at all.
