Does anyone with house bunnies have one? If so which one have you got and is it any good?

I was looking at the Dysons, but they are so expensive, and one only gets six minutes battery life with each charge! I've found a Hoover Jarvis Pets one, which is 40quid on Amazon, which looks quite good, but any recommendations?

I have the Dyson, 6 mins doesnt sound like a lot but that would be constant use. I find it an absolute godsend as it is so powerful so would deffo reccommend it.

I think I managed to find mine in a sale last year though, I dont think I could have justified paying full price for it.

Our huparents have found the hand held ones a waste of time. Hudad has a Numatic James, the yellow one, and it lifts all our poops with ease. It just keeps blocking up with all of the hay we throw everywhere Laughing

I have an old one that is just useless - blocks up instantly, but I just use a dustpan & brush for hay bits etc.

With the Dyson Katie, does yours clog up from the fur? I used to use our bagless vacuum cleaner to suck up Josephine's fur and it ended up blocking the machine and ruining it. I thought it could be because it was bagless, maybe having a bag would contain the fur more?

I was thinking about getting a Dyson but didn't want to spend heaps of money on something that the fur will just ruin soon anyway.

I dont have any trouble with mine. Ive got a full size dyson which I have not had any trouble with either.....although there is not a massive amount of hair to be fair....its more hay.

They do do a range called "Animal" which is specifically for pet hairs - I think it has special filters. My MIL has one for her dog and she says its fab.

I use an old dust pan and brush too! Always good to have a sweep before hoovering, stops it getting blocked....as much

I'm with you guys on this :thump:

I did consider buying a handheld hoover once but decided to just carry on as I was.

Thumper had her own dust pan Smile
