Hi

Do buns ever do flops when they are stressed?
I always thought it was when they are relaxed and happy Hmmm

I've been trying to bond my buns and have used the carrier method a couple of times before a session, when I let them out I can see my female is stressed she's breathing quickly and was shaking but she did a flop and lay stretched out for a while.

They don't snuggle in the carrier, the female just stays at the back stamping. Crying or Very sad

Ah a flop while bonding is the bunny trying to show how relaxed it is. So even though she may be stressed she is saying "look I don't care about you I am happy and relaxed and not threatened by you" if you know what I mean.

As for the bonding I would just try both in a small, neutral area (where neither of them have been before) have you tried this?

Hi

Sorry for late post, I did wonder that but the bonding is very up and down, thing is it's always after a set too that she seems to flop which I thought was strange.

Yeah, they are on neutral territiory although it's a re-bond.
