Does anyone know much about this, or have had buns with calcium deficiencies?

Ive just had Davie at the vets. His infection has cleared up, and he had the new combined vaccine tonight too. My usual vet was back off her holiday and she had another look at his teeth. She said they arent perfect, but he doesnt have any signs of dental problems at the moment, but she will have a closer look when hes under GA to be neutered on Friday. She did say that he has/had a calcium deficiency though because of the colouration of his teeth, and some horizontal lines that are on his incisors.

Is there anything i need to look out for? How would i know if its affecting or affected his overall health? My vet said he should be fine now that hes on a good diet, is there anything else i can do for him?

Just diet. Too much calcium will cause him problems as well. Make sure he is getting good quality pellets.

Lots of Curly Kale will give him a bit of a calcium boost!

Glad his teeth are okay.

Sending nose rubs. x x

He was on Wagg Bunny Brunch, but ive just weaned him on to Science Selective. Hes getting a variety of veg now too, and i sprinkle Excel and Burns dried herbs/hand picked forage in his hay to get him to eat more.

Hes not a happy bunny tonight though, ive seen him eat, but hes just picking at things. He gets really stressed out when he goes in the car Sad

Science selective is alfalfa based so will give him the calcium he needs.

All I can say is that kale is calcium rich and I also read somewhere on here that parsley had more than I thought.

Cheer up Davie! Lots of nose rubs for you.
