Beautiful Peacock.
My friend has a peacock that visit's her garden and tonight she emailed me some photos of it, isn't it beautiful!
we use to have peacocks that use to walk round the village in Clifton where we use to live and they would often venture on to
our lawn but I never ever saw them fan like this one...what a sight!

Re: Beautiful Peacock.
Believe it or not we have a peacock that roams around our school school is right near a farm but he seems to think school is his home, he strucks around the school yard on full display while the kids are out playing, jumps on the roof and quite often blocks doorways
He is very handsome!

Re: Beautiful Peacock.
He is gorgeous, will he let you stroke him? Our friends at Porfell Animal Land have peacocks running around, they are gorgeous but not very sociable.

The lady I work with has a peacock and peahen, called Ferdinand and Florence. Florence is currently incubating a clutch of eggs so she might have baby peas soon. Sooo excited.

Re: Beautiful Peacock.
Peacock at school sits in doorways and if children go to leave through the doorway he stands his ground and shakes like mad Its a very loud sound as well
All children have to then re-route through another exit

Re: Beautiful Peacock.
My colleague has a pair and they just roam around their garden and the neighbours' gardens. At night they go up a tree to roost so are safe from predators.
The female disappeared last month and they thought she had been killed but it turned out she had laid eggs and was sitting on them. They managed to take the eggs and put them into an incubator because they were scared of her being vulnerable sitting on them for 30 days. She has forgotten she ever had any and is back to her normal routine. The eggs might not even be fertile but we will know in three weeks' time.
