oh dear

i went to get my babies some hay and see a rescue bun who was taken in at first with a mate they then got homed together had a squabble so one got returned and he is so sad he is just sitting there looking through the glass door as if waiting for his humum or hudad to come and collect him
i almost took him there and then he's a little lop eared with white and grey markings
they should have kept them together and just re-introduced them slowly as the change of home and huparents could be why they squabbled
his name is johnson can't say i like the name it doesn't suite him he should be re named to something like jasper

Oh bless him love, I think someone wil be getting a new home very soon though, and what is more, a really loving one.

It really annoys me when one bun is left on his own in these places.

wife said get him but she said it's not really feasable at the mo HUUHMMM

Mike has banned me from looking at the bunnies in Pets@home adoption because there is always one that is sort of looking at me and saying " please take me home with you" and I then look at Mike and he say's " Don't even go there, no!"

Oh dear, he's already been renamed....

I can't go into pet shops in Melbourne. Or look at rescue shelters abandoned bunnies in Melbourne. It becomes impossible to resist. And mum would kick me out of home.

Humum has noticed that there's rarely the same bun in the P@H adoption centre two weeks running, so they seem to get rehomed quickly from there. She tries to remember that when she goes all gooey over one

We just wish that P@H would get together with local rescues and only offer neutered, vaccinated rescue bunnies. There obviously is a demand for them, it's just that a lot of people perhaps don't even think of rescues but then see a bun in P@H they they are willing to adopt. Because it is right in front of them they take it home, rather than making the effort to go out and look for one.
