Benjis new pad!

So I have spend a lot of the morning/afternoon making up 2 big hutches for the newbies, but they're so damn heavy that I can't move the second one on my own to put jake & Elwood in so need to wait til hubby gets home.

ANYWAY! I think Benj likes his new home, the run is temporary..iv stolen Charlie and Opals puppy pen for the afternoon, hoping the other 3 Iv ordered come tomorrow so I get get them all out in the fresh air!

Didn't know where to start!

omg,thats brought a little tear to my eye i bet he never knew what a binky was,i love him,specially his colour,cant wait to see more pics of the other buns in there new cage

had to come back for another look love the pic were hes on his back legs and his nose is pressed through the bars,i would get something on top of the puppy pens,with his size as soon as he binkies he will spring over the panels

It looks fab and he looks soooo happy already

You make a really good point here! I've learned in recent months that rabbits can jump surprisingly high

I'd also be a bit worried about overhead attacks Unless he is only in it supervised of course

My other rabbits and the guinea pigs are always out in that puppy pen and iv never had problems from overhead, of course the dogs are milling around all the time so I don't think anything would dare try and get into the garden

I got the hutches from the rabbit hutch company. they're huge! 6.5ft...I had to get a really big hutch as I felt awful putting Benji in a hutch, however anything is better than the plastic cage he'd been in!
