Heat Pad advice please
I am going to order one of the heat pads from Animalplanet and just wondered if the small size would be enough for a smallish bunny. It may seem a silly question but I just wanted t know whether other bunny mummies have gone for the small pad or the larger one. I am also going to try and get hold of the courdroy in which to wrap the pads. Any more advice would be very welcome indeed.
Many thanks
Love and hugs

Re: Heat Pad advice please
I presume you mean the Ancol self heating pads.
Yes it should be Jo, this is a photo of the large one that we have, I've just washed the cover and so I've put a soft toy bunny on it as a model, the toy is the size of a medium sized rabbit.

I had no idea these existed! Are they good? How do they self heat?
Sounds like a good buy for winter.

They work from the animals body heat, we bought a couple for the older buns and they loved them they do make a crinkly noise
as they have like a thermal foil inside but our buns didn't bother and you just unzip them and can wash the cover.

Those look like a wonderful thing for buns with arthritic problems. Keep their tiny joints warm. And their joints are SO tiny!

I saw someone on youtube with one of these and was wondering the same thing. I have snuggle safes, but these look like a good idea for our cold winters, especially if they have to stay out this year!!

I have snuggle safes too but these look fab for putting in all day or lining the bed at night. Cheaper than snuggle safe too!
