I'm in a right strop...

... the Hu-parents took me on a surprise visit to the V.E.T.

I told Humum the snot was only up my nose but she wanted to have my chest listened to. Claire said it was fine, and I said that I had already told her that

And they clipped my nails Another couple of weeks and I was going to book in for a manicure, no chance of that with these... these.. stubs I have left Doesn't Humum realise that I was so wriggly every time she tried to do it because I was growing them?

They made Gizmo come too. They cut his nails as well even though he did big sad eyes


Since we have been home, I have:

a) glared at a hu-parent every time one has dared walk in the room. Even if they have brought noms.

b) pointed out that I do not have a blankie in my pen. Then beaten it up as soon as it was put in.

c) hidden in the middle of snakey and refused to talk to anyone.

d) refused to eat my dinner (I might have sneaked a nom when nobody was looking ).

e) thrown toys around.

f) got into the litter tray, carefully selected nice big fat strands of hay, then hurled them over the side in disgust.


Since we have been home, Gizmo has:

1) sat under an upturned cardboard box.

You might want to encourage Gizmo to do a bit of stomping. And you can also practice keeping you back turned to the hoomins even when they try to move around to your head end. And the most cutting effort - coming up to the hoomin, sniffing the fenugreek crunchie then walking away. A bit of a task but very effective if you can manage it.

And the oscar for stroppy rabbit goes to ........................

oh dear us huparents really don't understand you lot sometimes do we
still now you can put on the guilt trip until humum pays tou in lots of nommy treats

Oh Sparky! never mind your nails will grow back even more beautiful like you are and there is no need to hide in the middle of Snakey and miss out on your dinner

You were a bit norty throwing your toys around and hurling strands of hay over the side off your litter box

I hope you apologise for your nortiness to your Hu-parents tomorrow

Poor blankie

Oh dear sparky.

Don't forget to also try the sideways glance with a full nose twist, as if the huparent smells of something disgusting. Daisy has perfected that to a perfect 10. Don't miss out on noms though. We fing that a toss of the bowl gets the message across but also allows you to eat your tea too.

Glad that your chest is ok. Your humum and dad must be pleased. Xxx

It sounds to be going well. Still, don't go hungry. You could guilt trip the humins into feeding you extra noms... since you missed out on all that valuable nomming time whilst they carted you off to the vets.

Sorry to have taken so long to respond, but I fainted when you said YOU refused your dinner! Sparky dear, the huparents might not give any fenugreek crunchies if you don't heat your dinner!
