I forgot Vince's 3rd gotcha day!

Vince came into my life a couple of days before I joined here. He was in P@H adoption bit. I went in for some piggie treats and spotted Vince. I was told he was aggressive to other rabbits and was to be kept alone. I held him (god he hates being held, but he sat still, the only time he ever has!) and my heart melted. Im knew zilch about rabbits other than my negative experiences I'd have with other peoples rabbits. Some things are meant to be I guess, and Vince was meant to be with me Love

I joined here and learnt all about bunnies, got Vince neutered and went about finding him a friend. This is where Faline comes in. She was a free ad bunny. A woman just 'collected' random rabbits and let them free range in her large garden and put them in the car free garage overnight. Lots of unspayed does and a very domineering frech lop made Faline's life hell so I took her home with me......but I couldn't stop thinking about the orange rex doe that I'd left behind that was also bullied. I went back for Hazel a week later and she was in a state. My free bunny cost me over £30 at the vets as she needed help immediately. Her poor rex fur had been pulled out and her body was full of scars, scabs and cuts and her privates had been attacked and were open and sore Sad

Once all neutered, my alleged bunny boiler buck was as happy as a pig in ***t with his two does. Hazel and Faline remembered each other after a week apart and rebonded. Faline put up with Vince's early days humping but Hazel growled like a dog at him and he scampered away Laughing

Three years on they are a happy and healthy bunch. Hazel is fully recovered and has beautiful fur, Faline wouldn't pee on me if I was on fire, but that's ok as I love her anyway (and she is very stunning to look at) and Vince...... well sometimes he is Vince Love

and sometimes he is VINCENT!!!!!! Mad

but that's ok too Smile

So raise a nuggie, take a swig on yer water bottle and grab a pawful of hay and yell BINKY!! for my three georgous buns....

Vince, Hazel and Faline you have taught me soooooooooo much about how wonderful bunnies are. Thank you.
