the power of noms!
Patch and Myrtle enjoying some readigrass - it was originally in my hand but that got dangerous quite quickly!

This video was earlier...just now there was a bit of sniffing through the wire followed by attempts at nipping (from both of them) and some clawing at the wire - this is followed by a stern NO! which makes them both stop and look. Patch tries to spray Myrtle through the wire

Re: the power of noms!
They're more likely to be a bit nippy through the wire all the time there are his 'n' hers sides - each of them is just being a bit defensive of 'their' territory. They're less likely to do this somewhere neutral, and it might settle down anyway.
Is it the case that at the moment Myrtle can take herself off well away from Patch?
When Patch is in his pen, and Myrtle is in the room, how does each of them behave?

Re: the power of noms!
Myrtle can go off and rest in her tunnel system - she is normally flopped over in there until there is food.
At first there was quite a lot of trying to nip and claw but this has settled down a lot - there is mostly sniffing.
Unfortunately it is all Myrtle's territory but she seems to be getting used to having another bun about.
When they were outside earlier today they were both running up and down and binkying!
