As i said before, good price, very green, smells lovely. Marley adn Dolly LOVE it, but Hughie hasnt eaten any hardly any hay for 3 days now, and he eats tons of the stuff usually. Ive noticed Marley adn Dollys poos are very dark too, is this bad? Does it mean its too rich? It does remind me a little of readi grass, and i know too much of that isnt good.

Im going to have to get another bale for Hughie, which i didnt want to do, because i cant afford hay for pets at the moment, not at the rate were using it. Its going to have to be a farm bale, God only knows where its going to go!

The bunnies still like it, Hughie seems to be eating it now too. I htink it was because he was pooing and peeing all over it in the rack, so ive taken it down and put it in his tray and he tooked right in. Im worried about the dark poos though :S

Our lot have quite dark poos at the moment and they're (mostly) on the normal farm hay. Humum thinks it *might* be due to the mix of grasses, or the age of the grasses, available when the hay was harvested. Even Layla's poos are a lot darker, and she is the hay-eating queen of the crumbly golden poop.
