It was in a plastic wrapper, and must have fallen off of the side. But I heard rustling, when I pulled it out of his mouth a big string of it came out, so I don't know if he's actually swallowed any, I tried to check his mouth but that didn't go down well as you can imagine.

What should I do?!

Oh dear! Shocked I have no idea, but i know if we swallow it we dont digest it, aparently and it sits in out stomachs for ages. I would give him nothing but hay, keep the wrapper and everything just incase you have to go to the vets. Im probably over reacting, but best to be safe than sorry. I think i might even phone my vet just for advice.

He's had his crunchie so it's hay all evening until breakfast, I'm hoping if he did swallow some it was only a tiny bit and it will just come out naturally. Most if the gum seemed to be there but it's hard to tell!!

Keep a close eye on hun hun, if he hunches up or seems out of sorts I'd get him to the vets.
