Vibes for Holiday bunny Hazel Please / All well Again :-)

She was dropped off today for her holiday with us and I didn't think she looked very well to be honest as she didn't move much and I have been watching her most of the afternoon and she's not well, I got Mike to ring the owners and suggest Mike takes her glucose levels they agreed, Mike has and they are 13.6 which is very high. I think she has gone in to GI Stasis but not ruling out a blockage, Mike has rang the owner for permission to take her to the vet's and he has rushed her down to the emergency vet's now. The roads are really bad as we have had snow all day and Mike is just so exhausted I'm so worried about him besides the rabbit.

I'm hoping and praying that it's tummy ache and not a blockage.

Please can we have Vibes for her xxxx

Update on Hazel 21:41 pm

Mike's just rang Hazel has ileus so we have to syringe feed her. I thought she had it's no problem really as we are up with Lucy Rose as she has meds through the night so one more on the bunny ward won't hurt.

I knew as soon as she came out of her pet carrier when she arrived that she wasn't well Bless her and that's what made me keep an eye on her and I'm so glad I did.

Much rather cope with ileus than a blockage.

So sandwiches again for us.

Aww Thank You Dotdot I just told Mike what you said and he said 'What's dinner'

we have been eating sandwiches as we have been to tired to cook but if Hazel is any better
on Wednesday we are going out for a late lunch early tea

Hazel I am very glad to say is much better this morning she is more alert and seems a lot brighter. Mike syringe fed her a couple of times through the night and she had her meds and hopefully she will be ok now

Hazel was like this before they arrived I knew as soon as she came out of her pet carrier that something was wrong and they did say that
she had been very quiet that morning.
