This is great, and I also think it's a really good way of getting the message across!

My mum has given up using E-lites and she said it really hasn't been hard at all for her. She still gets all the mental stimulation e.g. holding the cigarette, drawing on it etc as well as the nicotine fix. You can get the replacements in varying levels of power so you can eventually wean yourself off them. It has been a really easy way for my mum to do it!

maybe if cigarettes were made to look like something weird they will stop smoking in public then they would at least cut down Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing
