I'm getting all depressed looking at these

The view from the balcony at the back. It looks like it was taken with a romantic edge but I think I must have just had my greasy sun lotioned mitts on the lens


The view to the side of the balcony at the front. Note the absence of water in the pool. I would not have been happy if I had been staying there! I had to keep getting in our baby pool to cool down!


Said baby pool. The big one was freezing. I got in it once, put my head under the water twice and it was so cold I panicked a little bit I just stuck to the baby pool after that. The balcony you can see at the top was ours

They have a family of little turtles "walking" over the bridge at the pool but I forgot to get a pic of them You can sort of see them in the pic of the pool. Left hand side

There's a restaurant not far from our hotel called Dinoland. It reminds you of the flintstones, inside and out and has a MASSIVE dinosaur outside




A funky castle restaurant on the strip. The entrance to it is where I filmed the thunderstorm from.

That looks like a really nice resort, with just enough tackiness to keep Humum happy

I like the animals around the place - I think next time you should sneak a bunny over there just to baffle them. In fact you could go back every year with more bunnies and *really* do their heads in


I don't understand about the sky though - why it bright blue and not grey?

What a beautiful hotel I would love to stay there and what a lovely part. I have only been to Bulgaria once and we went to Borovets and it was thick snow it was beautiful but the food in our hotel was awful.

I could see the little turtles on the bridge I think that is so cute!

Wonderful pics!  Who knew Bulgaria was a vacation spot.  Bulgaria and the USA are 
not on the best of terms.  We're not on good terms with many at present.
