Sir Poops ALOT Rory has discovered fenugreek crunchies are tasty! I get almost mauled. How many is too many? Yesterday when I would not give him a second one I got the but in the face maneuver and got peed on! Is 3 a day too many?

These crunchies are letting me examine him and feel under his tummy! He even touches his nose with mine! The brat.

I ordered 10 packets of Fenugreek Crunchies last night off the Viovet website for our lot as they love them for a change from Carrot crunchers Very Happy

I would stick to 1 a day or even 2, no more than that. Dougal loves these too. I was giving him 1 a day but he is a spoilt brat king too and has all sorts so change it up each time for him.

Laughing Laughing Laughing Laughing  Glad he likes them though and they do go mad for them ( it is like bunny crack) Laughing Laughing

Sounds like he has got you wrapped around his cute paws but at least it is a way of checking him, is he like Dougal? does he not let you pick him up?I am slowly working on it and I get my hands under his belly and that when he is eating his treats and pellets, he is getting desensitized and way better, it is a good way to do checks etc.

i try to limit mine to 1 maximum a day as i they are still a treat. Break them up into peaces so that he thinks he is getting more, that seems to keep them happier for longer

Mine get one a day each which i break up into teeny bits and hide amongst Hay in their OCI.

A scramble normally follows - Annabelle has a better nose for food I think....

Rory is like Dougal in that respect. You cannot pick him up. For the crunchies however, I'm gradually stroking and feeling him all over. Embarassed That doesn't sound to nice does it! His back nails need trimming so I'm working on handling his back paws, I hear that bunnies have ticklish paws just like many humans have ticklish feet so it may be a battle.

I know exactly how you feel Hun. Dougal is so sweet and soft and lets me touch him all over which yes does not sounds nice but he is getting desensitized and better. He lets me put my hands under him a lot more and tolerates it a lot more now than he did. Also he gets on my knee or Hudad's for pellets and treats too. I think his ears are better fully now as he lets me stroke them and mover them about now to check them, he has mites a few months back in his ears and I think that it caused him pain so that is why he did not like me touching his ears. His butt he has always been fine with, just his belly and legs. He still wont let me touch his legs but saying that he does a bit more than he did. Yet he has always let me stroke him, chase him, gives me nose kisses ( I got 4 yesterday), loves nose rubs and been able to brush him since getting him but he is way more relaxed and content now so in time I think we can do it and need to as he is going to be a proper house bun soon. We are bunny proofing the whole house.

I have just got him a treat ball and broke up the crunchie into there and he loved it.

I am dreading having to cut his claws, never had to yet, vet did it for me last time we where in and made it look so easy Laughing Laughing , wont be when I have to do it though I bet Laughing Laughing .
