Marley and Dolly go to Tuckerbunnies UD Safely Dispatched!

for a year tomorrow!

Ive made lists, but its not helping and im having a right flap! Ive sent poor Maysie a panicking message too

I know they will be fine, but what am I going to do without them!? I dont know what to take or leave behind, they have so much stuff, I cant possibly take it all, but dont know what to put in a box. Im sure Maysie and Mike have plenty of blankets, bowls, ice pods and snuggle safes etc. What about all that stuff?! :lol:What if I forget something....

aww bless its like sending your kids off to uni too     

They are going to be fine even if your forget something as they are in the best of care. just start with the basics and maybe a few toys.

Aw Sophia! Now you know how your Mom feels. Take their favorite things. They will be kept so busy with their new Wendy house and playing with Maysie & Mike they won't need much!

Ive been having a sort out, its take me all afternoon Ive managed to sort a pile of things ot take, and a pile of things to leave behind. The things to take pile is considerably larger ...im hoping i can condense it all into a storage box or 2, as most of their things will be in the playhouse with them.

Ive already got upset. Dad put me in a bad mood before he went out, then someone from the college phoned and riled me, which I wasnt in the mood for, and then that was it after that, i got all upset.

Oh hunni, I'd be in a state too - they are gonna be so loved and hopefully you will get to see them lots,but I know how much you are going to miss them and how important they are to you.

So I'm sending you a hug and a big MWAHX

You know that however much stuff you take, Dolly and Marley will complain about something you left behind  

They'll be fine, and at least you know you won't have to worry whether they're being looked after well    

Im all sorted now. managed a storage box and a carrier bag. I keep taking bits and pieces out of the box that i don't desperately need. Maybe by the time we leave tomorrow everything will be in the 1 box!

Is there any need to pack ice pods and snuggle safes? They have 5 tunnels and a basket full of toys, and their favourite blankets, plus their hay cart and hidey house.

They arrived safe and sound anyway and were fine in on the way there and settled in pretty quickly. They generally aren't stressy bunnies, thankfully and immediately looked at home. I'm missing their little squishy faces already though, cant wait to hear what they get up to and see photos of them.

Just been on my facebook group. Seems weird running a small animal group without any small animals!

I'm glad they got there ok and settled in  

Of course you still have small animals, silly - they're just going to be in party central while you are slogging away at school

Oh sweetie, I am glad they have settled in. We all now how hard this must be for you and I am sending lots of cuddles.

It's such a strange feeling to be away from your pets, it's something I really struggled with in the first year of uni. But you know they are being so well cared for, and will be waiting for you when you come back
