The boys new set up!!
We started by clearing away a section of the garden and building the shed..
Then we laid concrete for their aviary-
Then the aviary was started-
We are just waiting for our friend to be able to finish the front panel and door, and the roof. We are making do with tall puppy panels for the time being.
I am planning on buying some giant pipes for them, and a section of woodchips for enrichment, and more toys, of course!
Ben, Jake, Elwood, Thomas & Jerry say 'A hutch is nowhere near enough for us!!!'

Re: The boys new set up!!
That is a wonderful set-up
You are going to be able to get so much playtime stuff in there and still have space to binky!

Re: The boys new set up!!
Excellent
Could hudad make one suggestion though? He'd advise that you put some feet on the aviary panels to lift them off the ground a little. If they are sat directly on the concrete they will soak up any moisture and go rotten
Rubber feet that have a screw hole in them are ideal, like the ones you get for speaker cases, etc. Like these

Thanks for the advise- I wish Id known before it was built, its been screwed down and is so heavy! The frame was built and the wire cut to size then wood stapled to it, so each side is 1 panel, not just a 3ft piece if you know what I mean?
Iv told hubby though who has said it is pressure treated so should be okay? Dont know if hes just saying that to keep me from pestering or not though lol

Re: The boys new set up!!
It may be OK if he's treated it before putting it down with a wood stain like Cuprinol Garden Shades? I'd still recommend feet though
