Ideas for Christmas Prezzies For Bunnies?
Any good ideas for new Christmas presents this year? Rory is in another wall chewing phase and I want to get him a big log to chew on-like a 4" diameter or so. It would have to be organic of course. Wish I could find a local organic fruit orchard and get some prunings.

I've been thinking about this too!
I will need to get the obligatory cardboard castle but other than that, clueless!!
Can you get anything like these in your part of the world? I give them to Molly and Junior when they are being particularly destructive and they chew nothing else when they have one (It's just a pity they cost £10.50 and only last them 6 days on average )

We are unsure what to get for Binky at the moment but the ideas on here are great.
What Paul did buy frm P@H was a lovely treat calendar showing a bunny, a piggy and a hammie. I know the treats will noot be good for them but it is s beautiful to have on the wall. Only £2 too.

I have seen these too, look super cute dont they, did not get 1, but they do look sweet.
I think Dougal gets enough already, Every day is a bunny xmas day lol, but he will still get someting, I cannot not do and I know I cannot resist. I still have to get sam and akira ( my dog, well parents but mine too still and my brothers husky), they get just as spoilt of course.
too many ppl and animals to buy for.

It has just been Myrtle's birthday, we got her a furry bed, yes another one! This one though is designed for a dog crate, it is the largest one the had in the shop so her whole tunnel system fits on top of it!

I would like to get a cardboard castle for Binky but I don;t know if he would take any notice of it, maybe worth a try though. I am looking forward to hearing what my friends on here are buying their bunnies for christmas.

Re: Ideas for Christmas Prezzies For Bunnies?
Dougal got a castle as a xmas gift from the hugrandparents ( my parents) and he loves it, he sleeps in it every night and he stays in it when we go out an has to be shut in his room. I would highly reccomend one, he had one from me and hudad when he was a baby when we got him and he loved that but had an upset tum and had got it on the platforms so had to cut some out myself, he did this a few times til he was better and figure dout what was causing it then eventually it just did not slot in the same and kept collapsing so we had to bun it, death of the castle. Dougal was sad but coped and now he has another. He highly reccomends it.
I have seen the cardboard maze tunnel, looks good, dunnow what we are getting, he always gets stuff so not sure what to buy, we said nothing but I cannot et nothing for him so he will get someting, I always buu for our pets, did for tiny gim when we had him ( dwarf hamster). Do for the dogs in the family too, sam, akira and my cousins dog Kipper.

Mine all get a new seagrass ball, cos they love those. The Boys don't bother with toys, but Lady Jane likes things to throw around, so will find her something nice but not too loud
Re: Ideas for Christmas Prezzies For Bunnies?
Temperance and MJ are getting an Ugli Donut! Also probably some treats.

Rory had the Maze Haven and he just doesn't seem to 'get it'. Whe have put it up for a bit. It takes up an enormous amount of floor space.

The only thing my Humum has found that I have not widdled on is a self-heating mat, which I love. Oh, and a Canary Islands bun-size beach towel

Re: Ideas for Christmas Prezzies For Bunnies?
Oh, tell me about buns widdling on beds... and mine destroy them, too!
Mojo hates anything soft and comfy (other than a fleece over a fairly firm surface). I've personally watched him duff up, dig and destroy two beds. He's just claimed his latest victim in my third attempt at giving them a bed. I bought them a cheap bath mat thinking he might prefer that as it was a thinner surface. I sent it with them to the vets yesterday and it came home with several holes and bite marks in it. I'm not sure if it was his frustration at yet another bed, being at the vets, or a combination of both
Why do we bother?!?!

I don't bother giving Molly and Junior a bed. When they're out and about they're quite happy lying on the carpet and they have a strip of vet bed in their pen

Re: Ideas for Christmas Prezzies For Bunnies?
I think that'll be the last one, Thumper. My two have their fleeces on their upper levels, and are quite happy to flop on the floor if not. A lot of times they snuggle in their litter trays - the little gremlins!

Donut arrived on Saturday, gave it to them as an early pressie and so far it has been completely ignored apart from the first 5 minutes when they both approached it with extreme caution
