What a thoughtful gift :)

With not long to go until the baby is due my brother and his wife sent down lots of bits and pieces that they've bought for is over the last few months.

Look what was in there My baby's first book is a book of bunnies What a thoughtful gift, especially as neither of them are animal people, but they obviously knew it would mean a lot to me. Really made me smile

How brilliant! I was a little concern that this was going to be a gift that Molly and Junior had brought you.

Haha, no. The only "gifts" I ever get from them is poo and poo and more poo...

Actually, that's not true! They gave me a phone cover, CD and hot water bottle for Xmas

I've seen this book before and it's lovely. I'm thinking of getting it for Lexie. She's met the bunnies a few times and loves them!

So reminds me on a book that I still got. It's completely out of binding. My Dad bought it when I was little and of course being in German...
It is called the ABC of bunnies.
Attempt to help kids to learn spelling it has travelled wit me for the last 40 odd years and I still look at it in amazement.

How completely lovely that you still have it and that it's been used in such a fab way!

Katie's. I have to admit after all those years it looks worn. And I mean worn like bunnies had their teeth tucked in I stellar taped and cherished in. Even now it puts a smile on my face when I look at it. Well done Dad!
