Bonding my three pairs into a group of six photo's.
I decided to try a group bond for my six rabbits :shock:The reason why is because as a six i can give them better housing, a huge run and more free range time. I think as a group their quality of life will be better than in their pairs. They are now on day three. All is going ok really. No huge issues. A selection of pictures from the last two days.

Oh congrats, this cannot be easy to test but I am so glad it is going well. Makes everything so much easier for you and better for the buns.
Love the photos, so cute and they look really relaxed.

Trying to control one bunny is brave but six??
Suggest you have a chat to Sparky, Bubbles, Junior, Domino,
Dougal and Jack!
Seriously they are gorgeous buns and all the best of luck with it.
Photos from the run would be nice and of course updates and how do you feed them treats and Nom??

Oh what a bunch of gorgeous bunnies. I had to look twice in the first picture - you seem to have acquired my Hollie Have edited this to ask if your agouti and white lionhead girl called Holly as well?
Hope it all continues to go well - you must have nerves of steel

Re: Bonding my three pairs into a group of six photo's.
At the moment they just have the floor of the shed which will be their home once bonded. It's a 6ft x 8ft. I didn't want to give them anything anyone could get defensive over. I know it sounds a big space for bonding but i have two with small space issues so had to take their needs into account.
The aviary panels are arriving this week for the secure overnight run which will be a 20ft x 8ft for now but will be extended in the summer once the garden is sorted out (having drainage issues from all this rain we've had). I have four avid diggers so have to have it all on concrete or they will have dug out in a hour .
I have planned the inside of the shed with lots of levels for them to play on. I have lots of runaround tubes which used to connect my hutches and runs together so will find a use for them too or my husband will go mad the amount we spent on them.
