Re: Afternoon snack
They are just gorgeous, what lovely little buns. The other chap's greens are always more appealing love, mine squabble over the same piece of fruit or veg very often or hide their piece then try and take the other chap's and go back to their own. The piggies are naughty for this

Re: Afternoon snack
I love them
They look really teeny, Rob - I would be careful about what veg you give them at the moment, they will still be developing 'adult' gut flora. I'd start them off on herbs - coriander, parsley etc and only a tiny bit at a time and one new thing a week. I think cabbagey things are the more difficult ones to digest (cabbage, kale, spring greens) and so I'd lay off them until they're a bit older.
They're very lucky wee bunnies to have found you though

Re: Afternoon snack
We think they are between 8/10 weeks old unfortunatly the scum bags that dumped them didn't leave there birth certificates or food or anything else for that matter I just hope they come and ask for the cardboard box back. On the pluss side and its only a very small pluss they were left where somone must have known Jo would find them and I asume they knew she would bring them to me and they would be safe

In our experience with Theo, just the same as a bun with front teeth
He manages all long food - hay, SS pellets, strands of herbs. Also small bits of food - broken up bananananana chip and crunchie. The only difference is he gets any 'hard' veg cut up small. His back teeth get checked by the vet about every 3 months but so far no problems with them. One of his front teeth did grow back but after having that out a second time (about 8 months after the first time), there's no sign of it now.
Oh yes, the Stripe Of Nortiness! Having so many English Spot crosses about, Humum knows this one well.Sixer wrote:They are adorable Watch out though, they have the 'stripe of naughtiness' down their backs

Re: Afternoon snack
Yes they are, Toffee seems to like being picked up and snuggled fudge likes being stroked, but typical kids when its throwing it down with rain they just want to sit in the run getting wet
