Vibes for Mr Mo Needed

Mr Mo is headed to the vets tomorrow morning for his routine sedation and shave. He's normally absolutely fine but I still can't help but worry so please could we have some vibes for him?

I dropped them off about 40 minutes ago so now I just need to wait

I am actually very poorly at home today. Mum thinks I might have glandular fever. Sore throat, headache, runny nose, cough, hot and cold sweats but worst of all this awful aching all over my body and my skin feels very sore - it's hard to describe but it's almost painfully "tingling" when it's touched. Rubbish! Off to the docs at 11.40.

Hopefully Mr Mo has a better day

Mr Mo is home and looking suitably bald, tiny and annoyed at me

He isn't taking any treats - I even picked him some fresh grass which he refused! - but he has only been home for half an hour and he does get very stressed. The vet nurses told me he'd been happily nibbling at the Readigrass and herby bits I sent with him so I'm not too worried just yet. I'll check on him in an hour. One of the nurses said to me when I collected them - "They love those round green things don't they!" (those 'round, green things' being Fenugreek Crunchies!)

As for me, I am not well at all. The doctor has written me a prescription to collect if needed as he said it's looking likely I've got a throat infection and didn't disagree that it could be Glandular Fever either. He's sending me for blood tests on Tuesday to try and get to the bottom of this as we all agree I am ill far too often. Until then I'm supposed to be resting. Luckily it's half term next week but I do have college tomorrow. Trying to get out of travelling in to hand in an assignment but I've not heard back from my tutor yet. If not Mum will drive me in and out as opposed to walking to and fro the train station and catching the train in, which is very kind of her. Feeling rubbish though!

Sorry to add that there are no bald piccies of Mr Mo just yet. I haven't the energy to feed and clean them out let alone go for photoshoots. I'm sure he doesn't mind

I know you feel relieved to have him back home. Sorry to hear you are feeling so poorly. I hope they determine what is wrong and can come up with a fast acting plan to get you better. You've felt miserable far too long!

Mr Mo is back to normal thankfully and eating, pooping and active again

I am still feeling rubbish but managed to get my assignment in and am now having a duvet day. The boyfriend is arriving later to look after me over Bank Holiday weekend so that'll be a big help bless him.

I am so sorry you are ill, I know how glandula fever can be, had it myself and it is not nice at all, you will know if you have it too as all you want to do is sleep and you cannot stop yourself, it is all I could do when I had it, hope the blood test come back okay and you feel better soon. Just take it easy as if it is that it takes so much out of you.

That's great that your boyfriend is looking after you too, good on him.
