Malibu - 1 year old female lionhead - SURREY

Malibu is a female lionhead rabbit who is looking for a home on her own as she isn't keen on other rabbits.

Her previous owner has given her to rescue because she kept getting a dirty backside and they didn't have time to clean her. She was booked in to be put down because of this, however we didn't feel she should die so accepted her into rescue.

Since being at the rescue, we have only had to clean her once. She is on a strict diet to help her lose weight and as this weight comes off, she will be able to clean herself properly. New owners must stick to this diet and be willing to check her twice a day to make sure she is clean - if she isn't she will need help cleaning herself.



Malibu is a lovely rabbit - very laid back and easy going. She does sway her head at times and has been checked by our vet who feels she cannot hear very well.

Malibu has been spayed, given the combi vaccination and has been wormed. We ask for a minimum donation of £40 for her.

Malibu isn't keen on other rabbits so we are looking for a home where she can have lots of human company. Ideally we would like her to live as a house rabbit. She is still looking for a home.
