Hand rearing baby rabbits

Just thought you would like to see our new rabbits.
These beauties are 3 weeks old and were bred by a breeder. The mother abandoned them and the breeder wanted to PTS as hand rearing is too much work.
Luckily our vet refused and we have taken them in.
They are underweight and we will do all we can to pull them through. There was a third but the poor thing passed away before we got him/her

I have just melted into a big puddle, they are just....adorable doesn't cover it. BLoody breeders, pound/dollar signs where their hearts should be!!

I despair at breeders

It is great of hun love to take them on and I would love to say thank you too. I wish I were there so I could help to feed. I just want to snuggle.

Thank goodness for a vet who cared. How could anyone simply give up on something so vulnerable. Good luck and I hope they both make it and have long happy lives.
