Has moved in!
Thanks for all the bonding vibes Hoppers they worked the treat.
I dropped Vernon off this morning and initially he was cautious but not aggressive.
When I came back in the afternoon they had brought them together.
First they ignored each other, by the time that I arrived they were happily sitting and munching hay with a little distance between each other.
I had been foraging for herbs and greens and joined them. A bit of humping from Vernon but all peaceful.as I let them out of the carriers Vernon chased her for about a minute than calmed down.
She explored the room and found the corner hide out most inviting. Vernon hopped in too and started to groom her ears. By which time I was close to tears. 
She had a groom ( matted fur on legs and bum) and her nails clipped with no trouble at all. I even got a nose kiss. So guess who is a happy and proud hoomin? 
I have taken pics but couldn't find my adapter to transfer them from the camera onto I pad. OH has taken it.
So, pictures will follow tomorrow.
Oh and I asked why Scarlett, the older bun at the shelter is not being neutered. Answer she had Ga previously and there were complications. So the shelter and vet decided not to spay her as to high risk. That's fair enough I think.
I'm off now serving dinner for four.

That's exactly what I heard too. Hence I'm calling her d.layla. Could make all the difference.

This is absolutely wonderful love, the pride and lovely feeling things like this give you cannot be beaten. I wouldn't mind better that that kiss on the nose was a thank you Please keep us posted as to their antics.
