Seb Loves Dotty
On several occasions, I've been trying to get some lovely shots of the buns together. However, they have other ideas and don't want me to capture great pics of them side by side, or having a cuddle. They have been giving me the run around today. Here are a few pics anyway!
Dotty - She certainly lives up to her name!!! But she is a beautiful girl. The first photo is my favourite of Dotty so far
Seb and Dotty play chase...
Hide and Seek.... "found you Dotty"
Seb Loves Dotty
Seb also loves hay...
Hoping that they are both up for a "decent photo-shoot" together soon! Wish me luck!

They certainly know and they don't want to be helpful at all! As soon as I go grab the camera, its like they've got ants in their pants and they don't keep still!

Re: Seb Loves Dotty
We all love this cheeky little duo so much! The only problem is...... it makes you want more bunnies! Our local RSPCA rescue have some gorgeous buns seeking forever homes. I fell in love with a bun named Woody! The only thing that stops us having another pair, is the day-to-day costs. Other than that, I/we have the time, love, space and accommodation.. its just the financial commitments

Re: Seb Loves Dotty
They are now a happy couple.
And it must be true love for Dotty because I believe that's an abandoned Fenugreek Crunchie in picture two; leaving one of those lying around is surely the act of a love-lorn bun.

Thank You Thumper! Yes Seb has found love at last!
@Woodwench.. yes you are right about the crunchy!! but funnily enough, neither bun was very interested in them today which is highly unusual!!

Re: Seb Loves Dotty
Don't they look wonderful together - nothing beats seeing happy bunnies interact
You are right about the financial commitment if you were to increase your bunny family. I didn't notice too big an increase on the day to day cost of going from two to four bunnies or even six. However I didn't think through carefully enough the implications of six bunnies being a similar age and the impact of this as they grew older together.
It is the vet's bills that become an issue. I was fine for several years, even with six bunnies but over the last couple of years I have been hit hard with several biggish vet bills as the bunnies have got older. My four plus Louise's Hollie, who I am still responsible for all had their vaccinations on Saturday. Even with a discount this was £122. Also I am relying more on boarding for the bunnies when we go on holiday once a year as I no longer would expect my parents to be responsible for them, certainly not two pairs.
Yes, it is certainly rewarding to take on more rescue bunnies, and I don't regret any of mine. However, at some point my ideal would be to have just the one pair again.
