wee all over fur
Hi - Jigsaw suddenley has wee all over his back end - for the few of days. I don't know if this is coz they are on lino indoors (half lino half carpet) and someone has started weeing on it so he could be mopping it up with his skirt - or whether this means something medically or not? He is eating and drinking normally and seems happy in himself. When we go in there Pirate gets excited and runs round in circles and usually Jiggy starts running coz he thinks Pirate is chasing him - the other day Lee saw that happening and then Jiggy did a big wee and sat in it so I guess it could be behavioural and to do with this excitement and being chased?

Hmmmmmmm not really sure
Could you trim Jiggy's skirt so as there is minimal fur to get wet.
Are the insides of his hind legs clean ?
Is he drinking a lot more than normal ?

hi jane - i'll have another look later. am going to wash him and see what happens. His skirt is too short to trim and i think from memory all of his back end is covered but will check,

I would try to observe how much he is drinking and if he is actually leaking wee.
I suspect a Vet check might be a good idea

ok - will do. i thought that if i got him clean then can monitor him to see what is going on at his back end. they seem to be drinking less atm rather than more but am going to keep an eye on that too. can they get incontinence type or cystitis type things that makes them wee themselves?
