We made it for Alex's mum's 40th! By no means a work of art but was fun! His mum is rabbit made and even talked about her 20 rabbits in her speech!

She was thrilled! She makes peoples cakes normally and made the fantastic one for my Engagement Party. So she was just so touched that we had done this for her.

Honestly it is really easy. YOu could even use ready made sponge and just cut the spare one to shape and then decorate.

We called the bunny Reen as her name is Corrina and we always call her Reenie Lol! And we just stuck the candles all round the edge. We had sparkling ones!

Just buttercream made from butter and icing sugar. It was really sickly though as I left Alex alone to make that and he used a whole carton of icing sugar Shocked

I wouldn't have been able to cut into it, though.....much as I can't bring myself to bite into chocolate Easter rabbits unless someone else breaks a piece off first!!! Embarassed Embarassed
