I don't know why. I call him Gerald
I know a mouse, and he hasn't got a house.....
so he lives with my rabbits in their hutch and shares their food and bed
I see him from time to time, when i shut them up at night, he is quite bold and will often sit and listen to me as i talk to him, others he is more anti social and runs upstairs when i open the door
he's been there a while now
He's getting rather old, but he's a good mouse.

They can be very endearing. A long time ago I used to have a mouse who came scrounging at lunch time. He didn't care about my dog, just ignored her (and she ignored him). He would take a little of whatever was going that I thought a mouse might like and beetle off with it... he lived in my outhouse but always came for lunch and took it back to his home. Sadly, one day he didn't come. I missed him. I just called him Moose!

Moose works
I'm just a bit of a Floyd person and Gerald seemed to fit.
I don't see him (her?) every day, i've only seen him a few times but over several months now.
They are so very endearing! Its the way he sits and looks at me sometimes and appears to listen to me babbling nonsense

I know.
The time to worry is when they start babbling nonsense back ... and you understand!
