BEcause I'm not a huge fan of icing. Otherwise they'd be nommed up!

Sooz do it - we has Charlie and Jack there with us... You could have the two of you on top and bunnies scurrying around the tiers playing!

Ooooh and you could forgo the usual fruitcake and get CARROT cake!!!
