Honeybunnies - Bunny Bikkies - Now Finished
This is now finished - Total raised is at the end.
To raise some much needed funds for Honey bunnies bills, I've offered to sell some bunny biscuits for the next month, but if it proves popular I'll keep going.....
The Biscuits are all home made by me with fresh organic fair trade ingredients.. tested and loved by all my bunnies - even my fussy 2
As a base all biscuits have Oats Water and SS pellets, you can then choose from the following flavors
Raspberry & Mint
Carrot & Parsley
Strawberry & Banana
All flavors can be made singly (i.e just carrot) or in any combination of the above - I am also happy to try with requested flavors.
Once baked they can be soaked in water to make it softer for those bunnies who happen to have no front teeth.
I can do low fat ones for overweight bunnies leaving out the oats, and using Excel Lite and smaller amounts of fresh ingredients.
Cost
£2.50 for 12 of the same type
£3 for 6 of one type and 6 of another
£4 for 4 of each
£4 for a requested flavor not listed above (i.e broccoli)
(All but the cost of postage will go to Honey bunnies)
Biscuits can be paid by cheque or cash sellotaped between to bits of card and will be sent out once the money is received.
Please PM me for more information or to place an order.
These also make great bunny gifts to bunny friends
Lastly if your buns like them, please do order some more - not only do your bunnies get some fab treats that you know EXACTLY what is in them, but you are also helping all the poor honey bunnies who don't yet have a mummy to buy them bunny bikkies.
Note - Remember these are treats, and I would recommend no more than 1 per bunny each day
UPDATE - These biscuits are now available in a g'pig version - everything is exactly the same, except instead of SS pellets they will be made with Excel g'pig pellets - Same rules/prices apply - please specify if you want piggie, or bunny biscuits!

Packaging is nor problem as I have the supplies for that so it's not really a cost....as for postage - it depends how many you order - I will weigh each packet at the post office and pay what it costs... When I have sent them as gifts they have cost anything from 50p - £1 I will keep all the receipts and then claim back from the total raised the cost of postage if I need to, but I am hoping I won't have to do that as the more money they can get the better, Jill said this weeks vet bill alone was £435

What a fantastic idea Kirsty. I am definately up for that, was thinking of sending a small donation to Jill anyway. I am sure my bunnies will appreciate some of your treats, so now I can help Honeybunny out as well as make my buns happy.
You are so talented, as well as being the only person I know who can make photos of everyday tools look absolutely brilliant, you are also 'bunny biccy maker extra-ordinaire'.
Anyway now off to PM you for details and place my order.

Bunnies think they are fab. Gloria polished hers off sharpish then went over and tried to eat the rest of Wolfie's! But she is such a greedy girl.

Re: Honeybunnies - Bunny Bikkies - Now Finished
i found this recipe on the net not tried it yet but it looks simple.
1 cup pellets
1/2 cup hot water
3 tablespoons unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 cup oats
1/8 cup raisins
3/4 cup of hay
Mix pellets, hot water, apple sauce, oats & raisins together. Add in 3/4 cup of hay, finely chopped. You should end up with the consistency of mud pie. Spread the mixture on an oiled cookie sheet 1/2" thick. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour. Break into pieces once cooled, and refridgerate in a container.
