I am just amazed at the colours. And with all the stars shining through it really does look like some incredible artwork rather than something real (albeit not technically existing any more! In those shapes anyway) I am amazed by the fact that we are quite literally looking into the past with these...

Can anyone else see shapes of various animals in the second pic of the Eagle nebula . Or have I just got an overactive imagination . I can even see The Lion King and a man stood above him. .

I can see a baby lion cub facing left almost at the bottom.

it's liek looking at clouds really, there's so many shapes to interpret, i always come up with animals

I can see about 4 different lions and cubs in that area. I love looking at these pictures, it is mesmerising.
I also love looking at clouds and seeing all sorts of different shapes and outlines.
