Bindi: An ex-Happy Hopper Rescue bun

Bindi was from a litter of 5 babies who I took in just over a year ago and who was rehomed to live with her sister Hazel & their new husbun Roger shortly afterwards. They had a fantastic home with a family and two little girls who doted on them and a lovely shed conversion to live in.

Sadly I took a call from their owner on Friday night saying they had returned from holiday to find Bindi quiet and withdrawn, it sounded like she was in stasis. An examination by the vet revealed she was also suffering with ataxia (hindleg weakness) and the vet dignosed either FRS or EC, and supplied them with Baytril & Panacur, unfortunately within a few minutes of arriving home Bindi passed away during a fit.

I know she is being greatly missed and will continue to be.
