What breed of bunny is he, that usually has a lot of bearing on which age they mature at.

Re: What age will he stop growing?
He will probably be fully grown around 5 months but he won't be getting very big at all compared to many other bunnies, the usually 'show' weight for a Nethie is 2lbs.
Re: What age will he stop growing?
he seems quite big already compared to the nethies I've seen on the internet. He just looks like he needs to fill out rather than grow bigger.

Re: What age will he stop growing?
It might be that he is actually older than you think or perhaps that he is actually a ND cross so might grow bigger. Quite often buns stop growing at aroung 5 or 6 months but keep their stringy adolescent body shape for a few weeks more whilst they fill out a bit and gain muscle condition.
He does look quite well grown from the picture, where did you get him from...

Someone gave him up as he was fighting with his brother. I was told he was 11weeks when I got him. Theres no way of telling really.
The vet seem to think he was quite young. She wouldnt give him his HVD vaccination yet. He looks different to your standard nethie. bigger ears and his body isnt as compact.

Re: What age will he stop growing?
Yes, I think maybe he is actually a cross breed. In which case it may be that he actually matures a little later, and grows a bit bigger, than a pure breed would.
Regardless he is lovely, and the crossing may even do him some favours with regards to things like his dental health. Sounds like you have a good vet too.

My vets are fantastic and only afew doors down which is great. She told me not to get him neutered though, said it wouldn't make him any less aggresive.
Everyone on here seems to think it will be benificial. I'm thinking that way too.

I dont agree with that i would get him neutered we have all of ours done and they calm down so much and it stops them spraying wee every where to and help to prolong there live. We did have a rabbit thet we were told not to get neutered because he had a very lage scrotum and there would be a chance of him catching it. So unless it's down to health reason id alway get them done.
