Wow that looks yummy yummy too. Gluten free cakes don't usually look that good (or not most of the ones I've found, apart from one M&S did that they've now stopped making and even then it was a lot plainer).

So am I, for the first time all week after being ill earlier this week. Going to be working into the early hours and a bit of that yummy cake (or Laura's except they'd make me ill ) would keep me going nicely (though it might be asking a bit much of my insides after hardly eating all week ).
