Stiffness Empty Stiffness

Post by Kirsty&Lola Fri Jul 11, 2008 3:33 pm

I've noticed that Lola stretches a lot. When she goes to lay down she stretches forward then flops. It's hard to explain but sometimes if seems like she's 'stiff.' Being a giant bunster i know she will be prone to muscle issues etc but she's only 14 months old. Besides this she is a very happy girl. She runs, binkies, happy flops and can be very cheeky. She would eat lots if i let her but i don't like to over feed her pellets.

Should i just keep an eye on her or is there a supplement i could introduce? All advice welcomed Very Happy

Yes, as you know I have quite a few oldies and I give them glucosomine, I buy it from here http://www.cures.uk.com/, give the guy a ring he is really helpful, he manufactures the stuff and it's pure not like what is sols in health shops which is under par and not very good, this stuff is amazing

I swear by it but get some and give it a try

I did wonder if anyone had found Glucosamine successful in rabbits, I know of a few dogs who have found it very helpful Smile

We are going to get some this week i think. Ive been telling Andy that im a little concerned about her stiffness but he think i overreact a lot of the time. However yesterday he said he could see my concerns so we are going to get some Glucosamine and give it a try. She's a young bunny to be having stiffness. I'm just glad its not bothering her at all
