Johns has moved!
Hi all,
After debating whether or not to move John's hutch onto the patio, I today enlisted the help of my mum and dad to finally move him.
He is now literally just outside the door by the conservatory and I will no longer have to get muddy, slip over or generally get caught in bad weather when he needs feeding lol. He seems okay about his new location....i put a thick layer of sawdust then a massive heap of hay on top of that - he will probably get lost in it tonight until he flattens it down lol.
Keep worrying about him on the hard floor instead of the grass but hopefully he will be okay.

Re: Johns has moved!
it is so much easier just having him outside the door. we had to move our bench and he was sitting on it earlier without a care in the world ha ha ..

Re: Johns has moved!
I think a move is healthy sometimes. Berts always gets really excited and inquisitive when we move him or his things around. We moved him from the spare room into the office a few weeks ago, while he was on thr balcony, he was so excited when he found his things in there! He prefers it cos it's got a carpet.
Johns will be nearer to you anyway, I'm sure he'll prefer that

LOL he seems to have settled in great, although of a night he still doesn't always play the game and go in!
He is still more partial to spending time sat in maddie's pink house in the garden. I've always said that rabbit was a bit particular lol lol x

Re: Johns has moved!
LOL
he is getting his winter coat i think because he has a different colour along his back? at least i hope that is what it is.
mind you he has chewed the side of the hutch on the outside and the material bit of the cover ... is this a rebellion against being moved?
