How do I add photos of George?

My friend took some photos of George yesterday and I want to add them to my George thread but don't know how to. The photos are gif files if that means anything to anyone?

I didn't know how to put photos from my camera onto my PC which is why he took them and e-mailed them to me. I've now added them to my photo file but don't know how to add them to the forum.

I am completely computer illiterate so an explanation in very simple terms would be good
