Another newbie introduction. Rabbit pics.
Hi there, my name is Donna. Im from Central Scotland and keep 6 rabbits. A group of 4 (Neutered male and three entire females), and 2 three month old girls. It wasnt until last year that I decided to get rabbits. Ive had experience with everything from horses to reptiles but realised I was lacking a bit in the "normal pets". Although I thought rabbits would be great they are much better pets than ever expected. Probably because the only rabbits ive know have been lonely forgotten ones in old tiny hutches.
Heres some pics of the group. They have a 9 x 5 shed with a 5 x 2 double floored hutch at one end and the run of a 15metre garden on a sunny day.
Dylan (left) Indie (right)
Peanut
Cookie in the middle
Cuddles!
The 2 young females on their first day before a good brush. A little bigger now.
Nugget
Ebony.
Thanks!

Awwww they are just gorgous and so so fluffy!
I'm also in Scotland, so it is good to have another Celt on here. We have a couple of other folk as well.
Hope you have fun joining in. There is a lot of information and advice on here for the taking and when you've read all that, get stuck in on the threads. Don't be shy about posting as we all have to start off too.

I wont be shy lol ill just be a photoholic! Just been out to give them there evening hay etc. Poor dylan is being plucked slightly by cookie as she is going through a false pregnancy it appears and using the poor lad as bedding. Thankfully she seems to be letting him grow in again. He still loves her though.
Where about in Scotland are you?

Poor Dylan! Just as well he is a fluffster.
I'm in Elgin which is very cold tonight. My hands are freezing as my heating has gone off now! Making a cup of tea to keep warm.

quite glad you dont then lol. Decided to slowly introduce them to the others now. One at a time. I have now had indie out with them for 5 mins and it went well so will do this for a week each day and then introduce the next one. By the time i get to peanut (the only one with a slight issue with ebony) they should all be bonded and accepted by the rest of peanuts group and she will see that and have to reconsider lol.
