A Few Of My Lot Today!

Oprah who is an RSPCA foster bun. She has been with me for 6 months now and no one wants her


Oprah with her hubby Thumper. He has been with me for 5 months. They had a bumpy bond. But now seemed to have settled into a nice relationship.


Atesha and Tommy. Both foster buns. They were reserved yesterday pending a home check. Atesha (REW) was dumped on someones door step with another female. They were fighting and had to be separated. She was bonded with Tommy who came in a few weeks ago with his mum.


Tommy... he really is the smallest full grown bunny I have ever seen!

The bunnies are so beautiful All of them! I cannot wait to adopt a wifey for Pippin. I worry he's lonely sometimes (although he's a housebun and always surrounded by us) and I'm sure a friend is the perfect idea:)

My aim (as you may have read already as I keep bringing it up as I'm so excited!) is to adopt a rescue bunny once Pippin has been neautered but he's not old enough yet. Happy Hoppers has opened my eyes to how many bunnies are in serious need of forever homes so I really want to do this.

Anyway I'm waffling now! They are gorgeous, thanks for sharing the pics Oprah is stunning and It's sad she's yet to find a home.

Aw they are so lovely My heart missed a beat when I saw little Tommy ... good job he's already reserved, there was a little wave of temptation (okay, a big wave )

Tommy is super friendly, I had loads of pics that I couldn't post of him because he kept coming right up to me for fuss.

Aww I can't believe you've had Oprah and Thumper for so long - I think they're both beautiful!

And how big is Tommy? My little Bea may just be his rival for size!

He is probably enough to fit in my hands cupped together. He is the dearest little sausage and he has kept Atesha happy. She can barely see and he gives her confidence.

Poor Oprah came from horrendous conditions. She had lived for 2 years in a hutch that was around 2ft. It had never been cleaned out and more and more straw was just piled in til she barely had any room left. She was fed on potato peelings!!!!! And she was called Jacob as no one had bothered to check if she was male or female. To say she has been through all this is unreal as she is the dearest little girl.

How heartbreaking - I cant even think about it because it upsets me sooooo much to hear stories like that.

Thank god for you charlotte, and all the rescuers and fosterers out there. What you all do is amazing

Poor Oprah and Thumper they are beautiful, it's so heartbreaking to hear about the appalling conditions some bunnies come from.

I hope they find their forever home soon

They are lovely Charlotte. Big Bella certainly keeps you all in line. I hope that Oprah and Thumper get a new home sometime. xx

Ssshhhhhhhh don't let her here you say that! She will get such a big head. You wouldn't be saying that if it had been you at 5am she woke up banging her bowl up and down cos all her treats were gone....

I need to get myself a Bella! Honestly guys, when I met her, it was more like being around a dog than a rabbit!

I just had the back door open and Ratman dared to enter the garden. Bells was asleep in her bed in the shed, however within minutes she had spotted the intruder and duly chased his little dutch butt back in the house, faster than his leggies could carry him. Poor old Ratty Ratters.

It is terrible what some bunnies come from - I must say after this, I wouldn'y get more bunnies from breeders, Id surely go to a rescue. I got my rats from a rescue, so Id definately do that again.

And yes, I think your little man beats my little girl.. Just!

Poor wee Ratman, he must have thought it was an exciting prospect getting to investigate the garden until Bella arrived like a bunny from hell! Ha Ha

Well really Charlotte... it's rather rude of you to have not run out and filled up her bowl on your own accord!

It really has gone to far now, I cannot let her hear that she is going to be appearing in a RWA leaflet. Check out thread in Tall TAils.

How lovely to see all the furries Oprah and Thumper are so bonny, I can't believe they have been overlooked. I hope a perfect home for them is just around the corner.
